We are based in Miami and serve cities like Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown, South Florida, Homestead, Doral, South Miami, and other surrounding areas such as Aventura, Dania Beach, Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale. Travel beyond these areas may be available upon request.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date and begin planning or production. Final terms vary depending on the service selected. Events with a closer day from the booking date it might need to be paid in full.
Can I combine multiple services?
Absolutely. Many clients combine catering, event coordination, staffing, rentals, and beverage services for a seamless experience.

Can you work within my budget?

Are you insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue, property manager, or client upon request.
Do you offer last-minute bookings?
When availability allows, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. However, advance booking is always recommended to secure the best options and planning support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Zelle, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

Both. We offer full planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination depending on your needs. We work with an experienced team to help you with your planning from beginning to end.
Do you help with venues and vendors?
Yes. We can recommend and coordinate venues, photographers, rentals, florals, entertainment, staffing, and other trusted partners.
Do you coordinate weddings?
Yes. We love to be part of your big day. Services like wedding coordination, timeline management, vendor communication, and smooth day-of execution will be part of the tasks we will take out of your hands.
Can you help with corporate events?
Absolutely. We assist with meetings, office celebrations, appreciation events, launches, conferences, networking events, and branded experiences.
Do you offer brand activations or experiential events?

We offer brunch experiences, plated meals, buffets, private dinners, corporate catering, food stations, desserts, grazing displays, and custom menus.
Do you customize menus?
Yes. Menus can be tailored for dietary needs, themes, guest preferences, cultural cuisine styles, and budget goals.
How far in advance should I book catering?
We recommend at least 10-15 days for standard orders and more notice for large events or custom menus. Popular dates book early.
Do you offer tastings?
